PPMethod™
Originator: Omar Lateef Thomas (LateEFX), LateEFX Labs. A proprietary creative-direction and prompt-engineering framework for deliberate control of AI-generated imagery and cinematic video. Its principle: make the pixels agree — lighting, subject, setting, materials, movement, physics, camera and emotion must support one unified visual intention.
The seven production engines
Every PPMethod™ direction addresses each engine. If one engine contradicts the others, the scene fails the agreement.
Human engine
Anatomically coherent people — expressive faces, natural skin texture, believable gesture and performance.
Lighting engine
Motivated sources, direction, exposure, volumetric beams, atmospheric depth, reflection and shadow agreement.
Hair & wardrobe engine
Individual strands, coils, braids, fabric weight, cloth response — and cultural specificity.
Jewelry & material engine
Realistic metal, gemstones, micro-refraction, roughness and surface interactions.
Camera engine
Framing, focal length, depth of field, dolly, crane, orbit, handheld or FPV motion; intentional perspective.
Motion & physics engine
Gravity, inertia, collision, particles, water, wind — and continuity between frames.
Emotional & sound engine
Subject intention, scene escalation, soundscape and visual rhythm.
The PPMethod™ workflow
- Define the subject and the emotional objective.
- Set the environment and the composition.
- Specify camera, light, material and motion behavior.
- Establish immutable continuity anchors — the details that must never change.
- Describe the transformation.
- State the final memorable frame.
- Review the output and refine only the failing modules.
Target aesthetic
Premium cinematic realism — or consciously chosen stylization — often expressed with IMAX-scale composition, anamorphic language, rich color grading and detailed textures.
A note on specifications: references to 12K / 16K / 32K, 120 fps, ARRI Alexa 65 and ray tracing inside PPMethod™ direction are creative specifications — they describe intent, not guarantees of any generator's native output.
